Requirement:
-Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
-Achieve at least Diploma certificate in admin or related field
-At least 1 years working experience in related field is preferred
-Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
-Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Malaysia is advantages
-Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
-Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
-Looking for a stable and permanent job

Responsibility:
-Focus in handling retail administrative (including SKU creation, system inventory)
-Liaise with HR Department on retail's staff attendance
-Liaise with Government sectors for Business License and any other license for new retail shop
-Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
-Assist in resolving any administrative problems
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
