Key Responsibilities
-Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
-Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
-Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
-Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
-Maintain confidential files and records
-Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
-Liaise with internal teams and external partners

Requirements & Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
-Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
