CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Design review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.

Supervise and guide junior engineers and technical staff.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.

Identify technical issues on-site or in design and propose effective solutions.

Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors for technical matters.

Monitor project progress and provide technical reports to management.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design.

Assist in resource planning and allocation for engineering tasks.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in [industry/project type].

Strong technical knowledge in [specific engineering discipline].

Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or relevant tools).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and team management abilities.
