Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Project Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:

Technical Department

Assist in reviewing and coordinating drawings, designs, and project specifications.

Provide technical support to ensure construction work complies with requirements.

Work with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Quantity Surveying (QS)

Assist in taking off quantities, measurement, and cost estimation.

Support in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

Monitor project cost control and budgeting.

M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)

Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

Assist in identifying and resolving M&E-related site issues.

Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth M&E progress.

Safety (SSS)

Assist the Safety Supervisor in monitoring site safety compliance.

Support in preparing safety reports, permits, and documentation.

Participate in safety inspections and toolbox meetings.

Site Engineer

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plan.

Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure quality and timely progress.

Inspect materials and workmanship to meet project standards.

Report site issues and progress to the project team.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship/experience will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work both on-site and in office when required.

Preferred languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
