RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform site measurement and taking off works.

Manage site valuations and prepare contractual documentation, including progress claims, payment certifications, VOs, and final accounts for subcontractors.

Assist with sourcing, price negotiations, and evaluations when required.

Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.

Assist prepare tender documentation for new project bids.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Familiar with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc
