1. Branch Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the tuition centre to ensure smooth and efficient running.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Monitor class schedules, classroom arrangements, and overall centre environment.

2. Academic & Teaching Oversight
Support and guide teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and student engagement.
Ensure teaching quality meets company academic standards and learning outcomes.
Step in to conduct classes when necessary.

3. Staff Supervision & Development
Supervise teachers and support staff, including attendance, performance, and discipline.
Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching of new teachers.
Provide feedback and recommend improvements to enhance teaching effectiveness.

4. Student & Parent Management
Handle parent enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Support student enrolment, retention, and class placement.
Maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and trust.

5. Enrolment & Performance Monitoring
Monitor student enrolment numbers, attendance, and academic progress.
Support enrolment campaigns and promotional activities initiated by HQ or management.
Analyse branch performance and propose improvement actions.

6. Quality Assurance & Reporting
Conduct internal checks to ensure teaching quality and operational standards are met.
Prepare regular reports on branch operations, staffing, enrolment, and issues to management.

7. Event & Activity Coordination
Assist in organising centre activities such as parent-teacher meetings, student events, exams, and graduations.
Coordinate with HQ on company-wide events, trainings, and initiatives.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a tuition centre or related education setting (mandatory).
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (preferred).
Strong understanding of tuition centre operations and classroom management.
Leadership ability with experience supervising or guiding teachers is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.
Organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
