Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Advisor and CEO.
-Providing comprehensive administrative support including typing, filing, record-keeping, and preparing documents related to correspondent banking, secretarial matters, and other administration function as required.
-Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, coordination tracking, following up on tasks, project tracking, preparing slides presentation, reports and travel arrangements.
-Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
-Accompany or assist during internal meetings or personal errands if needed.
-Handle phone calls and take messages clearly and accurately.
-Offer support in using mid-level technology (email, printer, Microsoft office, ChatGPT, Phone Apps, AI-note, etc.).
-Maintain confidentiality and show discretion in all tasks.
-Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
-A degree qualification is preferred. Prior experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive will be an added advantage.
-8 years and above experience.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
-Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and consistently perform under pressure with initiative, self-motivation, and discipline.
-Maintains a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
-Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
-Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
-Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, email, and document printing.
