Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment
-Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service performance.
-Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and prompt issue resolution.

2. Logistics (Import/Export & Clearance)
-Manage end-to-end logistics, including inbound and outbound shipment planning.
-Handle customs clearance for goods entering and exiting Malaysia.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Sales Tax Exemption applications, usage tracking, and documentation.
-Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and authorities to prevent delays and ensure smooth movement of goods.

3. Materials Planning
-Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and MRP execution.
-Ensure materials availability for production and distribution while maintaining optimal stock levels.
-Coordinate closely with production and sales to balance supply and demand.

4. Procurement & Purchasing
-Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
-Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality, and cost control.
-Ensure supply continuity and proper documentation compliance.

5. Leadership & Continuous Improvement
-Lead and develop the supply chain team across CS, logistics, planning, and procurement.
-Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
-Support company digitalization initiatives (e-invoicing, system upgrades, tracking tools, etc.).

Requirements
-Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
-5–8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Strong knowledge in supply chain operation, sales tax exemption compliance, planning, and procurement.
-Familiar with customs procedures and import/export regulations in Malaysia.
-Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with SAP B1 systems is an advantage.
