Job Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Managing employee leave and attendance policies, and optimizing HR policies.
* Assisting in the revision and implementation of the performance appraisal system.
* Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including resume screening, arranging interviews, and employee onboarding.
* Assessing employee training needs and assisting in organizing training programs.
* Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and related statutory requirements, including handling monthly declarations for LHDN, KWSP, and SOSCO.
* Handling employee payroll and managing employee files.
* Processing work visas, permit renewals, and related matters for foreign employees.
* Handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies and providing necessary support.
* Completing other related tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
-A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR.
-Familiar with labor laws and related regulations. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
