Responsibilities
-Handle order planning, receiving, picking, quality inspection, and packing of goods.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
-Process invoices and segregate them according to delivery locations.
-Load and unload incoming shipments, verify physical stock against packing lists or invoices, and carry out proper put-away procedures.
-Immediately report any damaged or missing items to the store supervisor upon receipt.
-Acknowledge and date all received goods.
-Arrange and stack goods neatly and safely in designated areas.
-Pick and retrieve goods accurately according to invoices and consignment notes.
-Report any damaged items or stock discrepancies promptly to the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
-Ensure correct quantities are picked and conduct visual checks before delivery.
-Ensure all modifications are carried out in accordance with the approved modification form.
-Strictly inspect returned and rejected goods.
-Pack products securely using appropriate packing materials and methods prior to delivery.
-Record all picked invoices in the delivery log and obtain acknowledgment from the delivery personnel.

Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent, or at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
-Physically fit and able to lift and handle inventory items.
-Possession of a GDL license is an added advantage.
-Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Able to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required.
-Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
-Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
