JOB DESCRIPTION

Consistently monitor and evaluate the project team and contractors in Occupational Safety & Health requirement, awareness and performance through comprehensive OSH Programmed

Ensure the sustainable and practicable implementation of OSH requirement among all construction site workforce involved.

Responsible for overall project compliance to quality, safety standard and condition of contract.

Plan, assign & supervise safety matters and requirement at all sites.

Ensure all work sites are safe and compliance with the CIDB requirements & company safety policies

Implement all policies, procedures & instructions as relevant & required by the quality system.

Conduct tool box meetings and health & safety programs for all employees.

Plan schedule and conduct safety audits

Implements all policies, procedures & instructions as relevant & required by the quality system.

To advise the employer or any person in charge of a place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of work.

To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.

To investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work

To collect, analyse and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease which have occurred at the place of work.

To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to safety and health of the place of work.



REQUIREMENTS:-



Candidates must hold a Green Book registration / certifcate of related position applied.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a CErtified Safety & Health Officer

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Must have experience working in Main Contractor as previous expereience in High Rise Buildings

Preferbly experience in HIGH RISE EXPERIENCE
