This role will be hired under the construction arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Construction Sdn Bhd.

OSK Construction is responsible for construction and project execution, mainly for OSK Group’s property development projects and selected external jobs.

We are currently seeking a Senior Site Supervisor cum Architectural Inspector of Works to support our high-rise development project in Section 13, Shah Alam.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES :
This role will be responsible to supervise, coordinate and monitor works at the construction site to meet construction time, quality and budget. This role will also be responsible for site inspection upon request by subcontractors

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

To be responsible for checking all construction drawings in terms of accuracy and discrepancy and highlight discrepancies or lack of information and following up.

To supervise, control, co-ordinate and monitor the activities of workers engaged at the construction site by ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance to schedules, drawings, specifications and client’s requirements.

To oversee proper record of construction drawings. To keep proper record of quality assurance form/ inspection form/ checklists.

To issue site instructions and / or non-compliance report to subcontractors and follow through to completion of rectification work

To recommend improvements and modifications in design and construction techniques.

To verify checklist and daily record of all activities at the construction site and attend relevant meetings. Assist superior in preparation of reports and necessary documents.

To assist in the implementation of Hubble QMS.

To carry out boundary checking and/ or setting out with subcontractors.

To ensure proper storage / protection of materials and responsible for stock control and wastage control.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects, preferably residential or mixed-use developments.

Registered Architectural IOW with the relevant authority (e.g. BEM / Board / CIDB), or eligible for registration.

Strong knowledge of architectural works, including finishes, façade, waterproofing, doors & windows, and internal fit-out.

Proven experience in site supervision, coordination of subcontractors, and daily site activities.

Hands-on experience in defect inspection, rectification, and handover process.

Good understanding of construction safety practices and site compliance requirements.

Strong communication skills, leadership, and problem-solving ability.

Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, sub-contractor, and suppliers.
