Job description

Event Planning & Execution: To lead the planning and coordination of corporate events such as launches, networking sessions, press conferences, tour visit, media visit and CSR activities.

Brand Consistency: To ensure all events align with SIBS’s brand identity and corporate values.

Vendor Coordination: To manage event vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.

Budget Oversight: To prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities stay within budget.

Stakeholder Engagement: To work closely with internal teams (BDC & MARCOM), external partners, and media for effective event promotion and coordination.

On-Site Management: To supervise event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure smooth operations.

Post-Event Review: To analyze event performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements for future events.

Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

Content Development

· To create written materials such as marketing tools, speeches, press releases, and media responses to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

· To translate content between English and other languages to support bilingual communication needs.

· To contribute articles to local and regional publications to raise awareness on industry trends and SIBS's role.

· To arrange for printing marketing tools and video production.

10. Stakeholder & Media Engagement

· To manage speaking engagements for top management to enhance public visibility and stakeholder engagement.

· To assist in media monitoring and engagements including interviews and briefings to manage public perception and media relations.

· To participants and get more awards and recognition for company.

· To order and control corporate gifts and souvenir.

11. Project Management - To manage the project lead, plan, and execute to achieve project goals as assigned by HOD - encompasses working on communications plans, intelligence/information compilation, tasks or/and events, by using SIBS's established principles, procedures and policies to lead a project from conception through completion.



Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Management, Branding, Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Writing or a related field.

Experience of relevant working experience in communications, writing press, and public relations, event management, ideally within the corporate, manufacturing production, real estate, or luxury brand sectors would be an added advantage.
