Job Description:

Project coordination and communication between production, customer, and installation team.

Understand the scope of delivery for the whole project and properly documented.

Keep track and document on every detail of changes and highlights changes that not within scope.

Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Keep track on progress according to schedule and preparing overall progress report.

Attend to customer meeting.

Preparing report that customer required

Attend to customer audit.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Establish and maintain relationships with customer.

Experienced in leading project team.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any discipline.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 5 year(s) of working experience.

Preferably experienced in construction project management
