Job description:

Assisting and reporting to Head of Project Manager for all works related to Project Planning.

Assisting in planning, organising and monitoring the projects assigned.

Liaise and coordinate with Project Consultants for the planning and design related matters to authorities submission and approval.

Liaise and follow up closely with relevant government authorities bodies to ensure approval are obtained timely.

Check and review all the authorities submission drawings and supporting documents from Project Consultants, inclusive to assist in preparation and compilation of documents or fees for submission.

To attend authorities related site inspection and meetings for CCC.

To prepare weekly progress report and related reporting progressively.

To administer all correspondences related to project planning.

To maintain the Company and project planning’s filling system.

Any other duty and responsibilities that may assign from time to time.
