Job Description:

Perform inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Develop and implement inspection and testing protocols for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Analyse quality data and report findings, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are effectively implemented.

Assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation for audits and customer reviews.

Participate in the development of quality control plans and product validation activities.

Continuously monitor production processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.



Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality assurance standards.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
