Are you a skilled AS/400 COBOL Developer with deep experience in Life Asia or Life400 insurance platforms? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our growing team and work on mission-critical insurance system projects!



🔍 What You'll Do:

Enhance and maintain Life Asia/Life400 systems

Code in COBOL, RPG/RPGLE, SQL on AS/400

Collaborate with business & tech teams to deliver scalable solutions

Support key projects like IFRS17, FATCA, and digital transformation

Provide UAT, SIT support, and guide junior developers



✅ Must-Haves:

7+ years in insurance system development (Life Asia or Life400)

Strong in COBOL, RPG, SQL, DB2

Good grasp of insurance ops: Policy, Claims, Commission, Finance

Experience with regulatory systems (e.g., IFRS17, AML)

Great problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills



✨ Nice to Have:

Agile methodology exposure

Digital tools integration (e.g., POS, Mobile Apps, EDI)

Experience with Sharia/Conventional product split
