Job Description

Responsible for accurately preparing customer orders for shipment. This includes retrieving items from inventory, inspecting them for quality and accuracy, securely wrapping products to prevent damage during transit, and packing them efficiently for shipping. The role requires attention to detail, a focus on quality control, and adherence to safety and shipping standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Work accordingly as production requires.

Check products during packing and make sure products are correctly packed according to DO.

Correctly use packaging SKU materials.

Report potential production downtime and feedback if there is any issue.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Authority

I. Authority to use repacking equipment/tools eg bubble wrap, air wrap & cushion machine.

II. Authority to move physical stock after propose and agreed by superior.

III. Authority to pick and pack out according to request with management approval.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess minimum SPM, certification or equivalent

Ability to follow written and oral instructions in Bahasa Melayu/English

With packing experience is additional but not compulsory

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, working experience in production field would be an added advantage.

Good attitude, responsible and discipline, good attendance (punctual is necessary)

Willing to support/assist whenever

Willing to work OT if required

Need to work on alternate Saturday
