RESPONSIBILITY:

Providing and assist on contract administration support.

To coordinate between site and office.

To monitor on machines, excavators, cranes, movement

Tracking on all counter weights, steel plate and tool movement

To assist on ISO (Document control).

Assist in handling quotations, negotiation, and pricing

Assist with all pre-contract documentation

To assist and perform any other related task assigned by the Management and Purchasing & Contract Manager


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, in Business Administration, or its equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Prior exposure to construction industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team player with collaborative approach

Computer literate

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency essential for effective communication with our diverse client base)
