Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities

Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers

Prepare quotations, proposals, and conduct timely follow-ups with clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, production, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and on-time delivery

Attend sales meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry-related events

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent

Experience in sales is an advantage; fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Experience in sales within the manufacturing and/or automotive industry will be a strong advantage

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Able to work independently, proactively, and meet deadlines

Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Possess own transport and a valid driving license
