Key responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting

- Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently as defined by SLAs / KPIs.

- Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management.

- Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary.

Qualifications:

- At least 6 years hands-on recruitment experience, with electronics/semiconductor industry recruitment experience is preferred

- Experience of operating in demanding, professional and data-driven environments

- Strong understanding and track record in direct sourcing channels

- Bilingual in Mandarin and English given the business needs

- Degree level qualification from an accredited university / institution
