Job Description:
-Responsible to prepare invoice and delivery order for local customers;
-Responsible to courier the completed shipping documents to customers (E-Commerce, sample and others);
-Responsible to filling the local sales invoice and delivery order;
-Responsible to sorting the Material Transfer Form, key in data into the system and filling as request;
-Assist on filling the shipping documents;
-Assist for shipment when the goods ready.
-Assist to prepare import and/or export documentations are accurately and timely prepared.
-Assist to place booking for vessel with the Shipping Agents and truck in the container for loading purpose.
-Assist to prepare the tax invoice, packing list and shipping document for export shipment and forward to forwarding agents for custom clearance.
-Evaluate supplier performance at yearly basis.
-Perform other ad-hoc activities Liaise with Customer PIC to ensure all Application Customs License before delivery of goods.
-To coordinate with internal related department PIC for all Custom / Forwarding requirements as and when required.
-Perform other ad-hoc activities as and when required.

Qualification:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM, Post Graduate Diploma, in the field of Business administrative or other relevant courses.
-Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
