Job Description
- Collect and summarise daily updates; highlight key progress, risks, and urgent matters
- Track assigned tasks, arrange meetings and follow up reports and deadlines
- ⁠Monitor KPI sheets and reports, flag abnormal data, and prepare simple summaries
- Track ads account payments and coordinate with agencies to prevent campaign disruptions
- ⁠Record and categorise marketing expenses by project or brand
- ⁠Organise payment proofs, invoices, and receipts with clear documentation
- Assist with scheduling, priority reminders, and conflict management


Requirements
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Good communication in Chinese and English
- High attention to detail, especially with numbers
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and chat tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred / Bonus
- Proactive, structured, and reliable
- Experience in admin, operations, or project coordinator
- Knowledge of digital marketing or ads operations (a plus)
