About the Role

As we accelerate growth across Southeast Asia, we’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist fluent in Chinese and English to empower our regional sales teams and fostering strong relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration with Chinese-speaking counterparts and clients. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and creating impactful sales enablement materials that help us succeed in the fast-evolving Digital & AI services market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal, Sales Enablement & Collateral Development

Create, customize, and refine compelling proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral for Digital & AI services.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and global teams to gather insights and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials.

Support responses to open tenders, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.

Maintain sales playbooks, case studies, and reusable assets to improve efficiency and consistency.

2. Sales Operations Support

Coordinate with finance, legal, and delivery teams on contracts, compliance documentation, and internal approvals.

Update and maintain CRM data quality, dashboards, and sales performance metrics to enable accurate forecasting and reporting.

3. Events, Seminars & Networking

Participate in industry seminars, workshops, conferences, and networking functions to identify new leads and strengthen market presence.

Assist in planning and logistics for sales events, conferences, and webinars.

Represent the company professionally to build long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required).

3-5 years of related working experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Commercial roles preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics) is a plus.

Excellent communication—fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) and English.

Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with proposal development, tender responses, or event coordination.

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
