Job Responsibilities
As an IT Recruiter, you will:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT technical roles serving for various industries.

Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, etc.).

Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to ensure a good match with role requirements.

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking reports using internal tools and ATS.

Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment specialized in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) domain hiring experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese due to the business requirement.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
