We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to help drive our enterprise automation initiatives. This role involves end-to-end responsibilities from requirement gathering, process assessment, bot development, deployment, to maintenance. The developer will work closely with business units to ensure automation solutions are efficient and accurate.



Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with business units to assess automation feasibility and provide technical recommendations

· Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions like UiPath, MS Power Automate

· Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals

· Monitor and maintain deployed bots, handling exceptions and troubleshooting issues

· Promote standardization and share best practices across RPA use cases

· Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives



Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in RPA development like UiPath, MS Power Automate

· Basic programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python

· Ability to independently analyze business processes and evaluate automation opportunities

· Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

· Local Malaysian is prioritized



Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in medium to large-scale RPA projects

· Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Framework

· Familiarity with database operations (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)

· UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate)

· Experience with other automation tools such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere
