Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field

Prior internship or administrative experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
