Act as the point of contact, manage the franchisees account and developing a solid and trusting relationship between the franchisees and the company;
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company business objectives;

Supervising and provide guidance to the franchisees within the region and ensure the operation meets the operations KPI;

Responsible to manage, review, onboarding, offboarding, transfer, merger, and other related tasks of franchisees within the region;

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives;

Resolve any issues and problems faced by franchisees and provide suggestion and improvement plan from time to time;

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for management;

Responsible for standardizing the operational processes of franchisee within the region, and implementing training in accordance with relevant headquarters standards;

Responsible for reporting and resolving sudden issues such as parcel overloaded issue and etc. within the region.


Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any field.

Proven work experience as Sales & Marketing in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position.

An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.

Must be able to travel within Northern Region (Perak & Perlis & Kedah & Penang).
