We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Fleet Cost Analyst to join our transportation operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing fleet-related cost data, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring cost efficiency across all vehicle operations. This position plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing overall fleet performance.

Collect, organize, and verify all vehicle cost data for accurate reporting and accounting.

Review and analyze key cost components such as fuel consumption, and drive improvement initiatives for vehicles with abnormal performance.

Prepare reports and closely follow up on issue resolution progress.

Support the implementation of fleet-related operational plans and ensure the delivery of expected results.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university; experience in fleet cost analysis or transportation cost management is a strong advantage.

Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and excellent data analysis capabilities.

Responsible, patient, hardworking, and highly disciplined with strong execution skills.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools for data processing and presentations.
