Key Responsibilities

-Follow up on sales progress and ensure smooth execution of O2O processes

-Act as the main PIC to coordinate with O2O agents

-Monitor and update sales status, ensuring data accuracy at all times

-Assist in filling and tracking ad spending and campaign-related data

-Manage and follow up on work-related WhatsApp / communication groups

-Handle O2O sales and operations data key-in, organization and updates

(Sales list, tracking reports, performance data, ad spend records and more)

-Respond to basic customer enquiries via WhatsApp and ensure proper follow-up

-Coordinate stock replenishment, returns and invoice-related matters with internal teams

-Provide basic product and operational training to O2O agents and retail stores when required (Hishin)



Requirements

-At least 1 year of working experience with administrative / operations / sales support background

-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

-Comfortable with data entry, data organization and tracking

-Good communication and coordination skills

-Able to multitask and handle all-to-all coordination work

-Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently

-Experience in O2O, retail, FMCG or coordination roles will be an added advantage
