What you'll be doing

Assisting with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures

Providing support in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management

Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programmes

Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns

Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR practices are compliant

What we're looking for

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
