Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee daily shop operations.

· Plan and organize staff shift schedules.

· Supervise and motivate retail team members.

· Ensure sales targets and shop KPIs are achieved.

· Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

· Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service quality.

· Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in retail or team leader role preferred.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Responsible, disciplined, and customer-oriented.

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

· Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
