What’s your Responsibilities?
-Handle and prepare full set of documentation for foreign worker application, renewal, and cancellation (JIM, JTK, KDN, eQuota, ePLKS, etc.)
-Liaise with government departments (e.g. Immigration, Labour Office, MIDA, MITI) for license and permit applications
-Coordinate and track commercial and factory license submissions
-Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and renewals
-Support clients during site visits, audits, and inspections
-Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s latest foreign labor and licensing regulations

Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-Min 1 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
-Experience in LICENSING, MIDA, LMW & COO as an added advantage
-Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an added advantage.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
-Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
