What you'll be doing
-Supervise attendance of technicians and operators.
-Run production based on production schedule.
-Monitor and control products quality and ensure that process integrity is upheld.
-To assist Production Supervisor in production line control
-Maintain and update all production records, checklist, dashboard & report timely.
-Maintain line discipline.
-Perform check and pass over during shift change over
-Perform control on scraps.
-Manage operation document (SOP, work instructions and procedures) in production line.
-Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, & WIP inventory are recorded & tracked accurately.
-Feedback to Superior if facing any production problem.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role within the manufacturing industry
-Able to understand schedule and arrange manpower and production control.
-Able to work shift (7am/pm-7pm-am) and support OT during weekends or call back.
-Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
-Able to control operator discipline.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Target orientated.
-Able to use microscope
