Managed secure custody and updates of critical corporate records, including share registers, resolutions, common seal, and statutory filings, maintaining both physical and digital archives with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaised effectively across internal departments (Finance, Legal, Projects) and external stakeholders (auditors, regulators, external counsel) to facilitate seamless incorporation, bank mandates, and compliance workflows.
