Requirements:
-Experience in a manufacturing or export environment is an added advantage.
-Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
-Proficient in computer applications.
-Resourceful, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong team player.
-Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with the sales team on order requirements.
-Liaise with the bank for Original L/C and follow up on payment matters for documentation preparation.
-Prepare all required shipping documents accurately and timely.
-Submit/send documents to the bank and customers as required.
-Compile, maintain, and file documentation for record-keeping and audit purposes.
