Key Responsibilities
• Establish, manage, and scale multiple social media channels for clients across relevant platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Develop and execute social media strategies that maximize organic reach, engagement, and brand exposure.
• Plan, organize, and manage structured content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and strong content flow.
• Lead constant brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate creative, trend-driven, and platform-relevant content ideas.
• Create, curate, and optimize content that aligns with each client’s brand positioning and tone of voice.
• Identify, analyze, and adapt to social media trends, turning them into timely and effective content opportunities.
• Drive community growth through follower acquisition, audience interaction, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, marketing, strategy) to ensure content quality and alignment.
• Ensure all social media activities support broader branding, marketing, and business goals.


Additional / Value-Add Responsibilities
• Research competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and content gaps.
• Experiment with new content formats, storytelling approaches, and posting strategies to improve performance.
• Assist in building and refining social media workflows, processes, and best practices.
• Support campaign planning for launches, promotions, or brand initiatives.
• Provide content performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Contribute ideas to improve overall social media team performance and structure.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.


Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
-1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
-Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
-Familiarity with social media management tools
-Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing metrics, and social media advertising
-Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
