Key Responsibilities:

Butchery Operations:
-Assist in trimming, de-boning, and portioning meats under the supervision of the Senior Butcher.
-Operate machinery such as meat grinders, slicers, and vacuum packers safely.
-Prepare burger patties, marinated meats, and other processed items according to Standard Recipes.

Packing & Dispatch:
-Weigh and vacuum pack portions accurately.
-Label all items clearly with Production Date, Expiry Date, and Batch Number.
-Organize finished goods in the freezer/chiller for logistics pickup.

Hygiene & Maintenance:
-Perform deep cleaning of the butchery station, knives, and equipment at the end of every shift.
Ensure no cross-contamination between poultry, seafood, and red meat.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Vacancy open for Malaysians only
-Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
-Ability to work independently AND in a team
-Healthy, able to lift heavy items and stand for long hours ( > 5 hours)
-Positive attitude and responsible character.
-Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions precisely.
-Punctual and reliable.
-Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
-Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
-Able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.
-Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
-Min. 1 year experience in F&B industry.
