Key Responsibilities
Financial & Management Reporting

Handle full sets of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing

Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Assist with group reporting and consolidation where applicable

Accounting Operations

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow positions

Prepare journals, accruals, and provisions

Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements

Prepare SST/GST, withholding tax, and other statutory submissions

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external parties

Support audit schedules and respond to audit-related queries

Process Improvement & Support

Assist in strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes

Support system implementation or process improvement initiatives

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage

3-6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience

Hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts

Good knowledge of accounting standards and local statutory requirements

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
