What you'll be doing
-Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
-Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
-Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the energy or consulting industry
-Fresh graduates with exceptional working attitude will be considered
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
