Qualifications & experience
-Minimum SPM level
-At least 1 year experience in Sales and administrative tasks
-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
-Possess good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Able to work independently, must posses good initiative, keen to learn.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Tasks & responsibilities
-Manage sales client’s account, including contract processing, tracking, and follow up.
-Handling documentation submission and liaise with related government.
-Maintain up-to-date sales related documentation, such as service, repairing, price lists, spare-parts purchase request forms, and contracts.
-Provide support to the sales team, including assistance with sales presentations and proposals.
-Perform ad hoc work related to sales support, such as coordinating promotional activities and organizing sales events.
-Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
-Maintain proper filing of all documentation.
-Support the sales team with any additional administrative tasks as requirement.
-To attend any administrative tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
