Key Responsibilities:
Plant & Machinery Maintenance:
-Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection molding machines
-Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
-Ensuring minimum downtime and stable production

Building & Facilities Management:
-Maintenance of factory building, utilities, lighting, compressors, and air systems
-Coordination with contractors, AMCs, and service providers
-Compliance with safety and statutory requirements

Solar Chargeman Responsibilities:
-Operation and maintenance of solar power plant
-Monitoring solar generation, inverters, panels, and electrical distribution
-Maintaining solar performance and compliance records

Audit Preparation & Documentation:
-Preparation and maintenance of documents for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
-Managing maintenance-related records, SOPs, checklists, and logs
-Supporting internal, customer, and external audits
-Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Qualifications & Experience:
-ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or pure working experience
-Valid Chargeman License (mandatory)
-Experience in plastic injection molding industry, robotic spray preferred
-Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements
-3–6 years of relevant experience

-Good troubleshooting and analytical abilities
-Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
-Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
