Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee all WAREHOUSE operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
-Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
-Develop and monitor key performance indicators to optimise warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement
-Coordinate with production, sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand
-Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity, safety and customer service
-Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
-Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the Automotive industry
-Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques and supply chain operations
-Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
-Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
-Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
-Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-MANDARIN language is mandatory to communicate with others.
