What you'll be doing
-Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
-Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to attract, develop and retain top talent
-Oversee payroll administration and arrangement.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
-Provide HR business partnering support to senior leaders and managers
-Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
-Collaborate with other departments to drive organisational change and continuous improvement

What we're looking for
-5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or generalist HR role
-Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
-Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
-Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
