Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Sales, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Director of Sales will assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing daily sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying market opportunities, collaborating with the team on business development initiatives, and providing guidance and mentorship to the sales team for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Operations

Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management

Proven ability in Team Management and leadership

Experience with Business Development and identifying growth opportunities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to analyze market trends and develop impactful strategies

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
