Key Responsibilities:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business scenarios, and become familiar with various categories and supplier resources in Malaysia.
• Evaluate procurement activities using Cainiao's procurement platform metrics, and design clear, data-driven procurement reports.
• Monitor business evaluation results and identify gaps; collaborate with business teams to conduct root cause analysis, discover control points, and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute cost-reduction and efficiency optimization plans in collaboration with business teams, considering business characteristics, market environment, and cost benchmarks.
• Streamline the end-to-end procurement process, propose optimization initiatives based on business needs, and enhance the procurement experience.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with procurement management systems and workflows; ability to quickly adapt to new business scenarios, product systems, and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills; resilience under pressure; ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience; logistics industry experience preferred.
