Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations at our Tanjung Malim plant. This role focuses on HR administration, recruitment support, employee engagement, and HR compliance. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Plant Leadership to ensure a positive employee experience and effective HR processes across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, interviews, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HR systems

• Assist in performance management cycle, training coordination, and talent development programs

• Support time attendance, payroll coordination, and leaves administration accurately and timely

• Participate in employee engagement activities and communication programs for better workplace culture

• Assist in employee relations matters including counseling, investigations, and disciplinary documentation

• Ensure HR policies and statutory requirements are adhered to

• Support HR reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced industrial environment

• Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws & HR processes

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters

• Hands-on, energetic, and able to multitask under minimal supervision
