Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC Machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis), auxiliary equipment and facilities as per maintenance schedules.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing of CNC machines and auxiliary equipment such as coolant systems, chip conveyors, chip bins, compactors and drainage system, high-pressure coolant units, oil mist collectors, hydraulic power units, pneumatic air supply units, air compressors and air dryers, robot loaders, Automatic Tool Changers (ATC), tool presetters, etc to restore machine or equipment to operational condition.

Support machine and equipment troubleshooting involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical systems.

Assist in machine installation, relocation, alignment and commissioning activities.

Conduct daily equipment checks and report abnormal conditions, wear or potential failures.

Replace worn or defective parts and ensure proper lubrication and calibration.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.

Support spill containment or oil leakage issues.

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety rules, SOPs and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.

Coordinate with Production team during maintenance and repair activities.

Support 5S and housekeeping within maintenance areas.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the superior.



Requirements:

Certification or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; or 1 to 2 years of related working experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic knowledge of CNC machines, motors and mechanical components.

Ability to read simple mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance documentation.

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good technical knowledge.

Good communication skills in English.

Able to work shifts.
