Role Objective
Support the Social Media Manager by executing high-quality video & photo content, from shooting to editing, aligned with brand direction and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities
Content Production
• Shoot short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Capture product, lifestyle & BTS photos/videos
• Ensure content follows brand visual guidelines

Video Editing
• Edit short-form videos optimized for each platform
• Add captions, transitions, basic effects & music
• Deliver multiple versions when required (hook testing, ads)

Photo Editing
• Edit photos for feed, stories & campaigns
• Basic retouching, color correction & layout alignment

Collaboration
• Work closely with Social Media Manager on content calendar
• Execute content based on brief, trend & campaign needs
• Support ad-hoc shoots or urgent content requests

Asset Management
• Organize raw footage & final files properly
• Ensure content is delivered on time

Required Skills

Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.

Video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut).

Photo editing tools (Lightroom / Photoshop / Canva).

Basic shooting skills (phone or camera).

Understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends.

Good time management & ability to take feedback
