Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Executive, Property Management to support daily property management operations, including tenancy coordination, record maintenance, and liaison with tenants, service providers, and internal teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to property operations, leasing activities, and basic market analysis, making it ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in property management.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of assigned properties.

Maintain and update accurate records, including billing, invoices, reports, and other related documentation.

Support basic accounting and administrative tasks related to property operations.

Conduct basic property market research and analysis.

Carry out basic property inspections during tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Liaise with relevant parties in the preparation and coordination of tenancy agreements.

Coordinate with internal and external parties, including the finance department, property agents, tenants, and service providers.

Assist in sourcing potential tenants and coordinating leasing activities.

Support lease renewals, tenancy terminations, and related follow-up actions.

Perform general administrative duties related to property management as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in property management or a related field.

Diploma or higher qualification in Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay; proficiency in additional language is an added advantage.

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Possess a valid car driving license.

Willing to work at Millerz Square, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
